Sunflower

Here comes the sunflower

I found a small patch of sunflowers on the side of the road as I stalked bikers from Bike Edmond.

I was hoping I could duck behind them to get a nice flowery foreground with bikers whizzing past. No such luck.

This is literally the first photo I have ever taken of a flower. No joke. I’m just not a big fan of flower pictures. Sunflowers are probably my favorite type of flower. Tulips are nice, too. Do Dandelions count?

So, if you’ve come here looking for pretty pictures, this is probably the only one you’ll see.

    Flower pictures are overdone, sure. But backlit flower pictures are still interesting.
